We are approximately 1 mile to the public boat launch and Publix, 4 miles to City Harbor and downtown for shopping, dining, walking/bike trails, 2.2 miles from the G’ville Sunset Beach, and 7 miles from Sand Mountain Park and Amphitheater.
Perfectly situated only an hour north of Birmingham just minutes from the TN River, enjoy outdoor adventures, explore the Cathedral Caverns or relax at Lake Guntersville State Park Lodge simply a short drive away. Visit Guntersville Museum, High Falls Park, Goat Island, Honeycomb Natural Bridge & more! The perfect place for family & friends, you will love this getaway in Guntersville! We welcome yourself, families, fishermen, boaters, RV'ers, traveling nurses, faculty on sabbatical faculty members, and more. We offer stays from 2 night minimums to multi-month (e.g., 3 months, 6 months or more).

Entire home. You will have the house to yourself.

Home is nicely furnished throughout to include: 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, spacious den and adjoining living room which all include Smart TVs. Fully appointed eat in Kitchen with appliances, including gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, Keurig coffee maker and more.

Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with queen sized beds, fresh crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. Master bedroom features a private en-suite ½ bathroom.
Spacious Den includes a comfy sofa, laundry area, Smart TV, and free high-speed WiFi throughout home. Living Room features a pull-out queen size mattress for additional guests.

Outdoor features include a private backyard, BBQ grill, Patio furniture, cozy porch seating area, onsite parking and covered parking for boats or RV, and keyless access. Covered Parking has overhead lighting, motion lights, electricity and water-hose access to accommodate your boat or RV needs.

There is plenty of space to accommodate guests wishing to bring recreational vehicles or boats to enjoy all of the outdoor activities Guntersville has to offer, including monthly bass tournaments on Lake Guntersville

Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of the outdoor amenities. Motion sensor lights installed for your convenience. This was the perfect place for my friends and I! It was a great location to be close to the water, town, grocery stores, and anything else we needed. The house had a great backyard and a great living area to hang out in. The neighborhood couldn't have been safer, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Guntersville!

Great location

Came down for a baseball tournament weekend and with all hotels booked up we found this house and it was very convenient location. The house was very clean. The neighborhood was very quiet and spacious. Check in emails came in a little late but all was good and the owners got back pretty quick! Will rent again!!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great and clean. Had a little trouble with the check on process. However the only down side was it wasn't 2 baths as listed, only 1 and a half baths. But we made due.

Overall this is a good property. The only knock I had on the property was the parking for boats. The covered parking is behind the house and not easy to park a 21 foot bass boat.

Quick trip for fishing

House was clean and as advertised. Communication was good. Older home that has been taken care of well and updated nicely while keeping the charm. Would book again. A little tight for backing in the bass boat with ditches, road and fence not not much an issue with experienced driver of trailers
