It appeared that the room windows had not been cleaned for a long time! There cleaning was not as it should be for this class of hotel. The continental breakfast was of poor quality. The spa gym are was dusty and not clean at all.

Staff was great. I had WiFi problem the first day which was corrected after I had a visit with the manager. It cropped up again yesterday, March 29 as I was trying to call the driver from the hotel lobby for my departure to the airport. I guess that’s life.

We should have read the reviews more closely. this is a lower market hotel in poor condition. we booked for 4 nights & left after one night. we lost the rest of our money. but more important was to be confident of a clean night's sleep. the hotel has a place in the market, but not for us
