Welcome travellers to our designer finished apartment situated in the heart of Gzira! Are you ready to experience comfort while being able to access all main attractions of the island?!

The apartment has everything you need for both short & long stays, it features an inviting living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area and 2 comfortable beds.

The apartment features a small patio as well as a private balcony for guests to relax in after days exploring.

We know how important it is to stay connected while you`re away from home, therefore we offer high-speed wifi throughout the whole stay. Guest are also welcome to use the air-conditioning and are able to adjust the temperature to their liking.

Living Spaces| Step inside and be greeted by a beautifully designed living area, adorned with modern furnishings. Relax on the cozy sofa with a smart TV to catch up on your favourite shows or gather around to plan your next adventure. The living area also includes armchairs for those who wish to unwind or read a book in front of the fireplace.

Outdoor | Guests have access to both outdoor spaces , equipped with furniture / seating making it perfect for both summer and winter !

Games Room/ Workplace | this space is specifically designed for those who wish to catch up on work and need a separate room. The room can also be used as a games room area and it also features a soccer table.

Kitchen| The fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek countertops, modern appliances, and all the necessary utensils, allowing you to whip up delicious meals while also having enough space to store your food.

Dining Area | The dining table can easily take up all guests to enjoy their meals together.

Bedrooms| 2 Bedrooms both with a comfortable double bed.

Bathrooms | 2 full bathrooms, both include a shower and a toilet and one being an en-suite.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night`s sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.

One of the main attractions of Gzira is its beautiful seafront, which offers stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Valletta skyline. The promenade is perfect for a leisurely stroll or jog, with plenty of benches and seating areas where you can relax and soak up the sun. There are also several cafes and restaurants along the promenade where you can enjoy a coffee, a snack, or a full meal while enjoying the view.

For those who enjoy shopping, Gzira has several small shops and supermarkets where you can buy groceries and essentials, as well as a few clothing and souvenir stores. 2. During lovely and summer season, although we sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

3. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

4. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

5. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

6. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

7. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

8. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
