I was advised the day of arrival the elevator was broken and we would be taken to another hotel. The elevator was non existent and there was obvious major building works in progress. The hotel we were taken to was substandard and not at all what we paid for. We were not given prior knowledge or the opportunity to choose our own hotel or for a refund.

Das Zimmer im oberen Stock war schoen mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Bucht. Das Badezimmer koennte renoviert werden. Das Fruehstueck hatte nur eine kleine Auswahl am Buffet und nur eine Speise von der Karte waehlbar.
