Pump House is a detached cottage, set in the owner's grounds near Hellingly and Hailsham in Sussex. The cottage sleeps two people in one king-size double bedroom. There is also a ground floor bathroom and an open plan living area with a kitchen, breakfast bar and a sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for one car only, an enclosed lawned garden with furniture and a patio area with a hot tub and barbecue. Pump House is the perfect holiday cottage at anytime of year with a variety of day's out to enjoy in the local area. Note: This property accepts two well behaved dogs only, no other animals are allowed



The Neighborhood:

Hellingly is a quiet village in the heart of Sussex ideally situated for exploring the Sussex countryside and the coast. The most important part of the village is its church which was started in 1190 and has been built on the only remaining undamaged ciric in Sussex. A ciric is a circular Celtic burial ground, built above ground to ensure the graves are kept dry. This location is particularly popular with walkers and cyclists due to the famous Cuckoo Trail.
