Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is a much sought after gated community (with 24 hour security) located just off Highway 27 and 5 minutes drive to Interstate 4 with its access to Orlando's main theme parks and attractions, shopping malls and outlets.

The community also boasts a private boat ramp access to Tower Lake, exclusively for residents and guests use so if you like fishing, boating and water skiing then this is the place for you.

For the golfer there are a variety of golf courses to choose from with Southern Dunes less than 5 minutes drive from the vacation home, and Providence and Champions Gate nearby.
