Awesome hotel! The whole hotel is so beautiful, and all of the staff was so friendly and helpful. We loved that there were restaurants and the onsen and spa on site so we were able to relax without even leaving the property if we wanted. Beautiful building, very lovingly maintained. The staff were friendly but not always able to speak English properly. The whole experience had an air of 'The Grand Budapest Hotel' film: both in terms of grandeur and comedy value. Gym was very poor for a 5 star hotel.
