Rooms are spotless. Restaurant is suitable and wait staff members are friendly and accommodating. Front desk staff members are also very helpful. Not luxurious but SO well-located. Excellent value for money spent. I am a return customer.

Room and staff were good. However, I was disappointed to have my Apple EarPods go missing from my suitcase. The front desk was helpful as was the manager of housekeeping but I have not been contacted by them to see if they have been found. I honestly think that the hotel should reimburse me for them.

We love staying at the Future Inns. It has convenient outdoor parking when we travel for work and need to tow a trailer. It's also very convenient when traveling for sports. Dalhousie University is just a quite 12 minute drive from the hotel. Avoid the busy hustle and bustle of down town, but still have access to all the amenities you need with bayers lake just around the corner. The Pub in the hotel has great food 👌 and beer on tap. The staff at both the hotel and the restaurant are super friendly and helpful.

Our room (401) was exceptionally clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We also appreciated the thoughtful amenities—the down duvet, extra pillows, refrigerator, microwave, complimentary internet, and comfortable chairs all made our stay even more enjoyable. "I recently stayed at the Future Inn and had an amazing experience! The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Everything was great…nice clean rooms, spacious, and comfortable. The only negative is that you could hear a lot of sounds from outside the door, but we slept with loud white noise so it wasn’t much of an issue.
