Location, location, location! This place is right in the heart of the city. Everything you need is right around you. The interior does show some wear, but was neat and updated. Was very quiet, which was very surprising with all the construction in the area. The description was very accurate. Very satisfied with our stay.

Great downtown Halifax location

Perfect location only minutes walk from all the things you’d want to hit in Halifax; the waterfront, Citadel, Public Gardens, and restaurants. The apartment is excellent, lots of space for a family or multiple couples. One bathroom for 5 adults was a bit challenging (another half-bath would be super) but we made it work. When we had issues, the property management addressed them immediately.

Very disappointing

Not enough or accurate disclosure about the amount of construction and how run down entrance and stairwell were. Exposed wires and lighting. Questionable safety. Floors of condo very warped. Lots of windows with views of brick walls, air conditioning units and window across from elevator so people could look into condo. We contacted the owner to say they should have disclosed no views and they replied condo meant for relaxation. There were 3 mice sittings. We again contacted the owner and they said there were no mice. Very good central location. Quite clean but the rest was unacceptable. Seriously questioning if we will continue to use Vrbo after years of using of using them. Definitely not worth the money.
