Check-In person seemed very Tentative, didn’t provide any Relative information unless I Asked! Didn’t Feel particularly Welcome. Probably Fear of Pandemic??

The room quality was good, the breakfast was good, I particularly appreciated being able to park my car there while I traveled by plane. The only problem is that you cannot push the luggage cart to all the rooms because there are 2-3 stairs to climb from the elevator to the area of the hallway where our room was. They were able to provide us with a cart-accessible room on our return stay, but they should warn guests that stair climbing is required for certain rooms so that those of use who have difficulty carrying heavy luggage up stairs can make other arrangements.

I was surprised that I had to carry my luggage up 4-5 stairs to get it to my room. Desk clerk should ask guests if they are capable of doing this before assigning them a room where stair climbing is mandatory. Also, the shower could use another grab bar.

Best pillow I have slept on in a long time. It’s a simple place, near airport with friendly staff. They could definitely use two shuttles for carry folks back and forth to hotel or let folks know they only have one shuttle so you can plan your time appropriately.
