Staff were very kind & friendly. The services provided eg complimentary printing, onsen, were wonderful! Breakfast was simple but fresh & delicious.

急遽、泊まることになりました。少し足が悪いので身障者のところに車を止めさせてもらいました。お部屋もエレベーターから近い方が良いとスタッフさんの方からご配慮頂きました。夕食は外食する予定でしたがあられが降って来てレストランでしました。今、飲み放題1000円とイベントしてました。結構、ビール焼酎とたくさん頂きレストランの方も親切でした。最後までありました。朝食、種類もあり美味しくいただけました。しいて言うならフライものが3種もあり他の煮炊きものなどあれば良かったと思います。スタッフさんも気持ちよく大きな声で(おはようございます)と声かけされてました。
