While it was the largest room so far on this trip it was not the best. For some reason I was put in a smoking room and it stank. Bad. The floor had stains all over it too. Bed was hard as a rock. Location wise, it's in a great spot right near the stations - Enshu and Tokaido. Staff were friendly so no complaints there.

Great service, but room reeks of smoke.

The room smelled strongly of tobacco smoke, the walls smelled. So the room itself was clean, since there is a smoking room located in a well traveled hallway, there is always a smell of smoke. Otherwise, the service was very good, everyone was very friendly and the location is very convenient.
