A great spot to relax and unwind with expansive rural and sea views, a front deck to enjoy the sunshine, large lounge and lovely sun room to hibernate in on cooler days. A five minute drive will get you to ocean beach and Te Puia hot springs where you can dig your own pool to relax and sooth your aches away. Five minutes walking will get you to the beach and wharf and an opportunity to visit the local museum to discover the extensive maori history of the area.

Lovely host and property

Patsy is an excellent host. She is lovely and very welcoming, giving us lots of details about Kawhia. Her property is spacious and well-kept, with beautiful views and garden. The location was perfect for us, being near shops and our friends at the campsite.
