Horrible experience. You pre-pay yet they put a $200 hold on your credit card. Front desk has no empathy towards this situation. No emotion or offer to help in any way. Will never stay here ever again or any Quality Inn.

I will never stay here again. The staff member during my check was a jerk. I had a small trailer and they made me park off the property, and would not let me check in unless I parked first. When I went to park the trailer there were other trailers in the hotel parking lot. I told the clerk this and he said he was unaware of it. Our room was not clean at all.

It was absolutely horrible, it’s hard to pull in it’s the smallest little opening, the lady at the front was very rude, i waited 40 minutes to even be able to get checked in because she couldn’t get it right for the gentleman before us, our rooms was already paid for in full when we got there, but showing the card and Id wasn’t enough she said debit cards weren’t allowed to be used, showed me a paper that said credit card or cash, she then tried to tell me my credit card declined which she was trying to enter manually and was asked to retry maybe it was entered wrong she refused saying only can once and got rude and hateful and when I said I’d use cash she said that location didn’t accept any cash but yet it was on the paper she showed me. Went next door to the loves and my credit card worked just fine. We got it to where we’d get our money back but not for 5-7 business days and we had to go up the road and pay for another hotel, which the card worked just fine. I will avoid this chain all together from now on.

Cleanliness and the staff was exemplary. Breakfast was good. Only downside was that they didn’t have an elevator and beds were extremely firm.

A gold standard for Quality Inns
This hotel was clean, well maintained, quiet, friendly, and overall, exemplary. I wish all Quality Inns were all like this one. We were towing a long trailer which didn't fit into the lot but the hotel owns a adjacent dirt lot which can hold several over-sized vehicles so it was no problem.
