Welcome to Riverwoods Retreat on the Kalamazoo River. Fully renovated, modern 3-bd house with woodburning fireplace and hot tub. Nestled in a woodsy, picturesque location ideally situated less than 10 minutes to downtown Saugatuck or Fennville. With access to the Kalamazoo River steps from the door, the backyard & deck are your personal oasis. Bask in the sun, bring your kayak & fishing pole, & enjoy the waterfront view. Enjoy the game room or gather around the fire pit under the starlit sky.
The space
Fully renovated in 2023, our 3-bedroom, 2-bath ranch home is situated on an acre of land on the Kalamazoo River. Open concept living area with wood burning fireplace and kitchen are great for entertaining.

Laundry is conveniently located off of the kitchen.

The primary bedroom has a king size bed, closet, dresser and en suite full bath. Large sliding doors open to the back deck with views of the water.

Two additional bedrooms feature queen size beds, closets, and dressers.

Spacious basement game room has a large TV, sectional queen size sleeper sofa, dart board, foosball, bumper pool, putt putt, card table, board games, Xbox, guitar, bar space.

Deck is accessible from the kitchen and primary bedroom and has a gas grill and picnic table.

7-person hot tub overlooks the river and gorgeous wooded yard.
