Disliked: Cleanliness
I had cleanliness issues with our room and I had to ask for our sheets to be changed on our 5th night when I could see they had not been changed in line with their policy (3 days).
Also, on the first day, I wiped the bathroom floor when we spilled some water and the white cloth I used came up black. I informed reception and said I did not believe the floor was clean. On our second and third days I did different parts of the floor with the same result. I took the face cloth down to reception to show them.
I also left a coffee stain on the side of the sink and that was still there after three days too!
The hotel pool is large and nice but there are only a few sunbeds and any that aren’t under umbrellas get covered in cockatoo poo.
On the positive side, the rooms are large, and if you go for a coral sea view you are on a higher floor and the views are great. You are also only a short walk over the hill to the marina.
