Welcome to The Family Lodge! Awesome home in a four season amenity filled community just an hour from the Delaware Water Gap. Home is about half a mile from the community ski hill, art center, and the Main Lodge, which contains a swimming pool and beach on Roamingwood Lake. Main floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large great room with vaulted ceilings, new kitchen with granite counter tops, and a living room gas fireplace. The sliding glass doors in the living room lead to the large rear deck with a grill and large picnic table. The lower level has an awesome family room with a pool table, ping pong table, and dart board. Relax in the hot tub, which is right outside the family room in the enclosed porch. Downstairs also features an additional bedroom and full bathroom with a washer and dryer. Enjoy spending time with friends and family relaxing by the outdoor fire pit!

Hot tub is cleaned by a licensed, certified hot tub maintenance company and is guaranteed,

*****Please Note: This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental contract and agree to the community and house rules. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 5 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice. *****

Great Family Escape
We wanted a weekend away with 5 teens before they start heading off to college. As a last minute booking, we were really happy with location, cleanliness, and family friendly amenities in the house. Rental agency responded immediately to our questions! We would definitely recommend!

Great Family Weekend
The layout of the house was very nice. It allowed for our large group the space to be all together or to have private time if desired. The lower level was a great hang out spot and the hot tub was well maintained and clean. The walk to the lake was about 10 minutes, which was nice. Communication was awesome with the property manager. Three bathrooms was a plus while traveling with my five granddaughters. Thank you for the awesome stay!!

This place has everything you need to be comfortable, play in the game room or go to the nearby trail. I would definitely recommend this home and the hosts were great. They even sent me something I left behind!!

Overall the property is what you would expect for a lake house, dirty when we arrived but after cleaning up it was an ok stay. Called the manager while cleaning before departure for next guest, got the ok on the phone until cleaning arrived, but was charged a late fee regardless. Nice area, I would book a different property just based on communication with owner.

Nice place
This place was accurate to the pictures. Cozy and owners nice and easy to contact. No top sheets on the beds though. Took a while for the hot tub to heat all the way up, and there may have been too much chlorine as it was difficult to breathe comfortably with the jets on and it was caused the users skin to become very dry.
