Clean rooms, great staff, Omar is an asset, was very helpful and helped us get some great deals. Beautiful location on the beach and lovely hotel. Food was abit repetitve but think Im just not a fan of Tunisian cuisine. Not much for the kids apart from pizza... but my kids are fussy. Otherwise great stay and amazing staff.

This is our 3rd time visiting Bel Azur and we had a wonderful time. We were there 2 weeks. We had a basic double room this time. There were a couple maintenance issues with our room (light bulb changes and shower head change) but the hotel took care of them right away. It was a spacious room with a large balcony. Nothing fancy but very clean. Housekeeping was fantastic. Entertainment crew was great- lots of activities and shows. Food was delicious, with lots of choices, every night. Staff was friendly and helpful. We like to tip often and they were very appreciative. Overall, we had a great time.

Fabulous hotel in everyway possible - from the moment we arrived until we left the staff went out of the way to look after us. The room was just amazing with the sea view. Breakfast and dinner was wonderful every day and a great selection. Honestly it was an excellent experience - the hotel grounds, pools, gardens, view etc was well looked after.
