There is only 1 washer and 1 dryer. If you need to use the laundry service, it is better to allow more time for it. The room is super clean and is easy accessible to the West Lake and shopping center, yet it is located in a quiet street The receptionists are very helpful. They helped me with booking event at the West Lake and sent me reminder about it. They sent me information of nearby restaurants and recommendations for travelling.

Clean spacious room, very good location, short walk to HeFang Street. I'll book it again when I'm back. Noodle shop next to it also serve tasty roast duck noodle. Staff are helpful and prompt in our request.

The location of this hotel is excellency, right off front door has a bus go to west lake, if you prefer to walk, west lake is 20 more minutes walking distance. The hotel also offer the free umbrella for customers to use. I will stay in this hotel if I come to HongZhou again.

A wonderful hotel in the center of local restaurants and shops and within walking distance of all the attractions. The staff was incredible. Rooms were comfortable. Arranged a car for me to the airport and took my luggage out to the car and made sure I had what I needed. Would definitely recommend!!

Beautiful rooms. I fell in love immediately and booked 2 more nights. Auto flushing toilet. Automatic drape open & close by command. Lovely decorated with antique bathtub & chair. extremely large shower and private bathroom. The staff was delightful. Many wonderful dining places within 5 minutes walk. there are 2 banks nearby, lots of convenience stores, shopping malls and night market. walking distance to West lake and many boat riding options. Truly wonderful experience. A (5 star hotel) at $35! I felt very much at home. highly recommended.

If you come to Hangzhou, this is the place you want to stay. Bus stop outside the door, 5 minute walk to metro, amd Zhongshan street just around the corner. Staff speak English well and are very helpful.

Great option for Hangzhou

This hotel is well located, a short walk from a street filled with restaurants, shops and things to see. In only 15 minutes you can also walk to the West Lake. The staff here are truly wonderful, and they spent a lot of time and effort helping me out with some issues I had as well as getting an item ordered online and delivered.
