The Radbrunnenhaus On the edge of the historic town of Hann. Münden, in a quiet little side street, you will find our unusual, lovingly restored half-timbered cottage, which will surprise you with many beautiful architectural details.   The in the 16. Century half-timbered house was completely gutted in 2015-17 and elaborately, partly renovated according to building biology considerations. Now the centuries-old beam structures are once again part of the interior and tell stories of life in an ancient city with their robust surfaces. During the renovation period, we rediscovered and refurbished the original plank floors and tile coverings. Now, modern living harmoniously blends with the architecture found.   As a tenant, the whole house is at your disposal, where you can spend a weekend or longer holiday with two to six people.   The house is only 3.60 meters wide, but has about 110 square meters of living space, spread over 4 levels. There are 3 bedrooms with double beds, two comfortably furnished bathrooms and an open living-dining area with high-quality equipped kitchen that occupies a whole floor. A small patio furnished with garden furniture invites you to rest, have breakfast or on warm evenings with a cool drink to end a wonderful holiday. �� Rental is possible from 2 nights. Of course, you will find the beds related. Towels, tea towels etc. are ready for you. The Radbrunnenhaus is a non-smoking house. Bringing pets is not allowed.

4-room holiday house, 2 bathrooms, 4 floors (110 m²):
The house was modern and comfortable furnished and equipped by us. You live on four levels: On the ground floor is a comfortable guest bedroom with double bed (1.60 m wide), 2 bedside tables with lamps, a dresser with large illuminated mirror, hook rail with hangers and room for your luggage. The visible ceiling beams give the room its special flair.   A large modern bathroom offers plenty of space for your utensils and towels. Here you will find as a special extra a lighted dressing table with a small armchair in front, shelves, magnifying mirror and hair dryer.   In the large entrance hall with wardrobe and wardrobe you will find a small chamber with cleaning utensils, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board etc. In bad weather you can park 1-2 bicycles here.   On the back of the house you will find the door to a small cozy courtyard, which invites you to chill out with many plants, garden furniture and beautiful details. If necessary, two bicycles can be parked here.   The first floor is furnished without walls as an open living area and combines living room, dining area and kitchen living to a tastefully designed ensemble with many half-timbered details.   In the living room with comfortable seating you will find a large flat screen TV and a stereo system. Lan in the living room, free Wi-Fi throughout the building.   The dining area for six people in the center of the house invites to shared meals or game players. Accessories such as placemats and napkins can be found in the dressers.   In the modern kitchen is also a small table for breakfast or "Hilfsköche". The equipment here includes fridge / freezer, dishwasher, stove with oven, various coffee and tea makers, hand blender, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery and glasses, cooking utensils, pans and a wok.   On the second floor you will find another cozy guest bedroom with double bed (1.80 m wide), armchair and chest of drawers, large mirror bedside tables and beautiful lighting.   On this level is the second comfortable bathroom with illuminated mirror and beautiful bath objects.   From here we continue to the top floor, which consists of a single guest bedroom. The extraordinary, sunny room with newly built dormer offers a double bed (1.60 m wide), two bedside cabinets with lamps, an armchair and like the other bedrooms a dresser and hook rail with hangers for your wardrobe.   All our rooms contain unusual and surprising details that point to the building history of the house or that were added by us.
