What a beautiful hotel. Only stayed one night. Got upgraded free drink at the bar. After communication with the hotel from Jane for a hotel transfer, I found her to be fast at connecting and organising. The pool, bar and restaurant are top notch. Staff super friendly and welcoming. Great location too

This hotel is comfortable option in Hanoi. The staff, in particular, were incredibly friendly and accomodating. We were delayed heading to the hotel from the airport and they kept checking-in with our driver to ensure that we were OK. We only stayed for one night and did not get to enjoy all the amenities, but overall the hotel is nicely decorated but a bit outdated with a moldy/musty smell throughout. The breakfast buffet also did not impress us and it was the first time we did not like the coffee in Vietnam. Overall a nice option but could use a few updates.

Love the fact it is in Old Town, walking distance to many,many shops and Train Street. Many sight seeing features close by. Exceptional customer service. Maybe a bit tired in certain areas, but really the important thing is that it is clean and customer service is great.

This is an excellent hotel near train street. The staff are highly welcoming. The rooms are well kept and have A/C. The free mini bar includes soft drinks: water and Coca Cola.
