Fantastic

I thought we had booked a room with a balcony. We had made a mistake and we were shown a smaller room with a window. We asked to be moved and we paid the difference. The room with the balcony was lovely. The staff could not do enough for you. Tracy did everything for us and we enjoy the trips very much. Breakfast was very good.

My first visit to this hotel was very impressed, their preparing some welcome food and drink as well, the room was clean, overall food was tested, Nova staff have good smiling special Mr Kevin, helped us confirm the actual time of the bus, prepared us some breakfast to take it, very thank Mr. Kevin 👍💯✅🥰

Excellent service. Facility needs some attention.

Staff were very attentive and helpful. They go out of the way to learn about our plans for each day. The facility does requires some attention. The in-room safe was not bolted and can be removed from room easily. Chair legs need more padding to minimize noise produced when being dragged. It was quite annoying to hear the noise from upstairs late at night and in early morning. All that being said, the service was excellent.
