今回2度目の利用でしたが、前回と変わらず素晴らしかったです。施設の清潔さはもちろん、スタッフ様のホスピタリティ溢れる接客と、施設の素晴らしさが高いレベルで安定しています。日本語も問題なく通じます。周辺は日本人街なので、日本食レストラン、日本のスーパー、他、日本と変わらない生活が過ごせます。また泊まりに来たいと思います。

初めてのこちらのホテルの利用でしたが、全てが素晴らしかったです。部屋も施設も極めて清潔で、3泊以上の滞在者には、衣服のクリーニングサービスが一日一回無料となり、さらに無料の朝食と夕食のおにぎりは、この価格帯ではあまりにも優れたサービスでした。スタッフの方々もいつも笑顔で、何かお手伝いできることはありますかと聞いて下さいました。日本語がしっかりと通じるホテルで、日本人が街にあるホテルですので、日本人滞在者には特にお薦めです。

また利用します

Nomizi 1 へ間違えて到着してしまったのですが、スタッフさんが迎えにきて下さいました。また、フロントのスタッフはとても親切で快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 朝食も美味しく、露天風呂は清潔、部屋も比較的新しいです。次回ハノイ渡航の際はまた利用します。ありがとうございました。
