I have stayed at many properties across Vietnam, including Western hotels from the biggest chains. Peridot Grand is an exceptional and unique experience. While being right in the heart of old Hanoi, it is somehow nestled behind some buildings and above the fray. So at the same time it is in the middle of everything, while being serene. Beginning with the check-in experience all the way through our stay, the service was exceptional. Add to that several dining options, including the amazingly appointed rooftop restaurant adjacent to the infinity pool. The decor throughout the hotel is elaborate and wonderful. Highly recommended!!

Our stay at Peridot Grand Luxury Boutique Hotel in Hanoi was absolutely fantastic. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless, and elegantly designed, offering a luxurious yet cozy atmosphere. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the hotel was quiet, which was a pleasant surprise given its fantastic location in the heart of the Old Quarter. Everything we wanted to explore was just a short walk away. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to Roachelle (apologies if I’ve misspelled her name), who was especially welcoming and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. Mr. Long was amazing. He took care of my mom went she was sick from food poisoning from eating street food. The rooms were elegant. The breakfast buffet was next level.
