What a complete joke you have people depending on Expedia and the hosts to provide service. You almost cost me my life. Don't rent from either Expedia or or this place. I soebt all day traveling from co to island and booked an emergency room with this place. After being mugged and beaten up I got to the 6 buildings only to find out that the same day reservation would not be accepted (72 hour check in policy) and no front desk to help with information. This is some BS tactic to make what $3. I was in the emergency room after where I finally got a room to rest. Expedia this is in you and the person who didn't answer my pleads for help. Buddha tells us to have compassion. You gave me nothing. Both Expedia and who ever owns there 5 million room Chinese inspired buildings. Oh plus the pool isn't opened until next month. Vietnam is starting to wear on me used to be a place of joy. The people have turned against those that are trying to find our paths to dharma. I will let go and find compassion.
