It is perfect place for both travelers and long-stay guests.

Our house is in Hang Dau street - central of Hanoi, just only 2 minutes to step to Hang Dau water tower and Long Bien bridge (two of the most highlighted destinations)
- Located on the 2nd floor of an old four-storey building, this space with 40 sqm was recently transformed into a spacious studio - large and cozy enough for a family or a big group max of 5:
+ 2 queen-size beds wrapped with our cotton linens to bring you the deep sleeping with AC and fan are also provided.
+ A comfortable sofa with a full channel TV & Netflix for you to entertain
+ Washing & drying service on the 4th floor. We also provide hanger racks for those who like to get some sunlight into your clothes.
+ A kitchenette, cook by yourself at any time.
+ An en-suite bathroom that is perfect for a warm shower after a long day
+ Above all, we hope that every morning, you can enjoy waking up with the sunshine, the hustle and bustle life of Hanoi right below on the street but still embraced by the serenity sipping a cup of warm coffee through the big glass window.

Guest access:

- FLEXIBLE check-in time from 3 pm (Website hidden by Airbnb) SELF CHECK-IN with code locks and key box.
- ACCESSIBLE 24/7 without any curfew.
- EXCLUSIVE access to the ENTIRE studio.
- Alley gate is closed after 10pm for safety reason, but you have your OWN KEY to open it.
***NOTE:
- Our studio is on the 2nd floor WITHOUT LIFT. There is a shop on the first floor, but you will have your OWN access to the studio.
- Please make sure that you carefully read the House Manual BEFORE ARRIVAL for your check-in. Welcome to the city!
