Fairway to Heaven is a custom built home perched on a forested bluff above the 8th fairway of The Woods course in the Birchwood Farms Golf & Country Club community. The spacious main level showcases an open concept design with an upscale kitchen, dining nook, work desk, and counter seating. The formal dining room can comfortably seat up to eight guests and the living room is perfect for reading and quiet conversations. The adjoining family room features a wet bar and 65’ Smart TV and opens to an extensive decking area with expansive views of the fairway and natural surroundings. A retractable awning provides shaded comfort and comfy patio furniture is perfect for alfresco dining and hours of relaxation. The second level features four bedrooms and three full baths and will accommodate up to eight guests. Two king bedroom ensuites, a queen bedroom and full bedroom (share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom) offer plenty of comfort for guests. The primary king bedroom ensuite has a small private deck offering stunning views. Designed for fun group activities, the finished lower level has a pool table, fuse ball, air hockey, wet bar, sitting area with TV, and a full bathroom. Birchwood Farms Golf and Country Club is a spectacular club with resort style amenities. It includes three beautiful nines, a full practice range and short game area, fully stocked pro shop and a bag room. Tennis and pickleball courts, bocce lanes, a seasonal heated outdoor and child pool and fitness center round out the sports amenities. Birchwood has multiple dining options in its lovely clubhouse, on the deck overlooking the magnificent grounds or at the pool half-way house. Birchwood’s amenities are available during your stay, with an Access Fee of $750 (May 1-September 30) or $250 (October 1-April 30). Please note: Birchwood Farms Golf & Country Club issues a maximum of six guest passes per rental home.
