Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Pet Policy
The home is pet-friendly and allows one pet with a $75 pet fee. This fee must be disclosed and paid in advance, and pets are only permitted if properly registered on the reservation. Dogs must be kept on a leash in all public areas, and guests are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste at all times. Additional pets may be allowed upon request.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in.
