* Open plan living space features Hisense Smart TV, UE BOOM Bluetooth system, books, ceiling fans.
* Fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, dishwasher, pantry basics and large servery window with serene bay views.
* Large front facing covered balcony with Gas BBQ and outdoor seating for 6.
* Ceiling fans in living area and bedrooms, along with electric heating.
* Other features include WIFI, dining area seats 6, outdoor shower, and off-street parking for 1 car.
