When we got there it was my Family and my parents they stayed in another room(which nothing in theirs). We had potato bugs everywhere dead and dust all over the floor. I didn’t say anything because they are harmless but I did have to kill them our entire stay and they were in the pool and around the pool area. You can hear everything in the room sounded like the people above us had a whole family and were just living upstairs and it went on for hours. Like I said we didn’t say anything we just aren’t those kind of people. Don’t waste your time go somewhere else for breakfast there isn’t much. Be careful when swimming there is so much chlorine in the pool my husband’s eyes burned for hours after. You smell the chlorine as soon as you walk in and throughout the halls.The hotel has been opened for only a few months so far so hopefully they can get these little things fixed because it could be a nice hotel.

The outside was kept poorly. Trash overflowing, weeds growing in rocks, trash everywhere. There were drugs deals in the back lot. We stayed in room 105 and the outside door banged ever few minutes, ppl arguing in the parking lot outside our room. The smell of weed permeated the hall,too much salt and chlorine in the pool.

Poorly constructed hotel overall with plenty of issues. Poor ventilation in pool area causing mold growth overhead. First room we were given had ants on the floor in between beds. Walls and doors do not block out noise. If you stay here, request to stay on the top floor. Breakfast struggled to stay stocked in the morning. Shower door in bathroom would not close all the way, water for shower was warm. Bathroom needs caulking redone. There are no microwaves in the rooms. The reason avid hotels are cheaper in price is because they hire cheaper construction companies to build their hotels. Thus, poor construction yields a lot of early problems with their facilities. Pretty bad for a hotel less than a year old. Go elsewhere.

No one was at the front desk on arrival at around 10:30 PM--rang bell three times. Took over five minutes for someone to come. Person checking us in seemed irritated and was very unfriendly--hardly said anything to us. We had reserved three rooms, and they were all on different floors. Window treatments were broken. On room had loud noises all night (sounded like a fight, with yelling and banging). Doors opening and shutting all night long from a neighbor on another floor. Not soundproof at all. Will not return and do not recommend.

Every single staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and had a good variety. Check-in process was super simple and it was conveniently located. However, the bathroom in our room was gross- hair and sticky goop all over the floor. We also used the pool and the pool room floor was just as if not more disgusting. Hair and random tumbleweeds everywhere. It clearly had not been mopped or even swept in ages. I saw a few reviews mentioning thin walls, but I think the issue lies more in the fact that the rooms have tile floors vs. carpeting. We could hear people walking around in the room above us throughout the night. If it weren’t for the cleanliness situation, our experience was good and we’d have stayed here again without a second thought.

I've never been in a room with very high ceilings before! Bed was comfy but their were some crumbs on it. Breakfast was ok but wish there was a waffle machine. Overall no serious complaints.
