The customer service was horrible. Jay and the manager have NO business etiquette for proper customer service skills. The beds are too soft. The pillows are too soft. The phone in the room didn’t even work. The TV barely had any channels on it to look at TV. This was not a very comfortable state for me.

Overall, this hotel was, at least once, a very nice place. However, it now seems like everything is worn out. The pool is closed, drained and out of order. The carpet all looks very worn out. There is a little bit of rust near the edges of the bathroom fixtures. The hotel breakfast has a very limited selection. This hotel could use a full renovation.

The room was okay the shower was cold there was mold on the callings the dresser in the room was broken so you couldn’t put your clothes in the dresser even if you could the bed wasn’t comfy at all. Breakfast wasn’t good I thought they would change it up from a week day to and weekend but that didn’t they only had yogurt waffles and oatmeal

I was really disappointed with my recent stay. I requested a late checkout and was told “yes” by the front desk, which I appreciated. However, later I was informed that it was no longer possible — with no clear explanation or apology. This created unnecessary confusion and stress as I had already adjusted my plans based on the initial approval. Clear communication and consistency are really important for good service, and this experience fell short. I hope management can improve coordination between staff so future guests aren’t put in the same situation.

Amenities: I was thrilled at the price point and checkin and appearance of the lobby and room overall in presentation. Staff -Kind. However, the most important point for a hotel stay is sleep! The bed was literally like laying in a soup bowl, basin! It felt like an elephant had been laying in the middle for 10 years! Quite literally, there was no part of the bed i could lay on that did not feel like i was sinking and curving my body down inside the bed. Not juat a slight dip...a CALDERA. To be frank, if anyone actually reads this, i am nsot writing to complain just to complain. This bed was quite literally the the worst mattress i have ever experienced to include $15-$20 hotel stays abroad in Latin and south america while back packing in my youth. Sure some of those beds might have been firm, but they did not crater! I think my room was 213 at your facility should you inspect. Hopefully the full lot of your rooms are not like that! However

What hotel doesn’t have a dryer if you go online under the hotel it says the amenity that it provides a blow dryer. It didn’t have conditioner. It didn’t have the blankets and items for the pullout sofa in the closet. You had to go downstairs it’s just unfortunate because that is the place that I would go to when I came in town and I will no longer be staying there
