We always enjoy staying at Holiday Inn Express. We stayed 2 nights and were puzzles that towels were replaced and bathroom cleaned but bed was not made and empty tissue box wasn't replaced. We assumed they were short staffed but would be good to know if staying more than 1 night beds would not be made. We are all for being green,too, so towels could have stayed for a 2 night stay.

Our room was on the 4th floor and the morning we were to check out the elevator was not working. Had to carry everything down to first floor. Also, the bedspreads on our beds were very wrinkled which gave the whole room a unkept look. Have stayed at this Holiday in a lot and seems to be going down hill.

I am so sorry for the inconvenience of the elevator not working. We did it get back going later the same day but realize that did not help you in anyway. I also apologize for the other inconveniences you experienced during your stay. Renovations should be done in the next few months and we will have a fresh new look. Hope to see you again soon.

Renovation in progress but Staff made sure our stay was good. Staff made sure we knew where breakfast was being served since breakfast area is being remodeled.

Great Staff

In town for a wedding and this was close to the church. Staff was very friendly. Tub enclosure was a retro fit which made is really tall to step over so if you have mobility problems, ask for a handicap room. Overall nice hotel and good experience.

Great Hotel

This was a great place to stay in Harrison. Breakfast was great rooms were clean and well appointed. The bedding was something you would expect to see in a 4-star Hotel. The only negative thing I can say is if you are a non-smoker do not let them put you on the third floor. I had to go to that floor for ICE and it smelled terrible. I believe half of the floor was smoking and half was not. We were on the second floor and it did not smell like smoke. Staff was great also this was the first motel/hotel I've been to in a long time where the cleaning people actually spoke English. Very enjoyable.
