Awful Stay

We booked a one bedroom suite.I called the day before to confirm the reservation and was told everything was all set. Once we arrived, we were told the rooms were given away and all they had was a one room with a queen bed and not a room with a bed and sleeper sofa like we had requested, thus we had to make other arraignments for our son to sleep because they had given away all the roll away beds. There was also a lobby full of angry people with the same problem. Since we booked with a third party, we were treated like third class citizens. I called Hotels.Com and i was told after they spoke with the front desk, that we would be getting a refund. To note.. I also had booked another room thru another third party site and had the same issue with the other room. I was told i was going to get a refund and as of yet, i have not received it.

Cleanliness was excellent. Only complaint which we shared with front desk is that since drapes cannot be closed the room (324) needs at least a shade to pull down or something to block out the light as the room is on the parking lot side with lots of lights. Otherwise everything was perfect. Staff at front desk was especilly helpful.
