I won’t be staying again. I was woken up by staff at 8am to see if I was extending my stay and house keeping opened my door twice. My daughter was catching a plane very early so I was up with her and needed some rest. But on a positive note your shuttle service is great running every half hour for

It started with the ice maker missing in the frig. I had to show a picture of it missing, and then came the BUGS on the kitchen and bathroom counters. Again I had to show pictures, which I did..... There were no other rooms available as a one bedroom suite so we had to stay in this room overnight. We were able to move to the room next door the following day. Manager did not seem to be concerned and when I checked out she offered me $14.00 off the room for one night. We will not be back!

Great stay

Very comfortable room and bed. Caught the shuttle to the airport the next morning. Convenient and worth every penny to know I didn't have to rush and was basically already at the airport.

I am not happy that when we checked in and went toour room the bed was disheveled as if someone had just gotten up and the bed had not been made!! Also a drty butcher knife on the counter! My husband reported it and went to get our things from the car..meanwhile house keeping knocked on the door and I was getting undressedi told them to come back in a few min. They never came back..we were told they went home for the day..wasnt even 4 p.m.and then they said just put the knife in the dishwasher...and we had to sleep on the bed that we believed was never changed!!!

I booked a king room, the morning of my arrival I received a call from the hotel saying they were out of king rooms. And asked if a queen was acceptable. I said it wasn’t, I was then told everything would stay as I reserved it. Upon arrival I was told I was in a queen room.
