The room was nice and clean. It’s a very noisy location. Lots of traffic outside, but that can be overlooked because the location is so convenient to the arena. The issue I ran into was at the restaurant. The wait in line was astronomically long 30+ minutes. Then when I finally got to the front of the line I was told they were out of one of the items I requested. I said ok I need to find look at the menu real quick to pick something else, to which I was informed “we are really busy you know” by the man at the counter. I informed him I was aware they were busy but I patiently waited in the line the whole time I just needed a second to pick something else. I was then handed a menu which was for breakfast. Then he was able to track down one for dinner. I understand he was frustrated about being so busy but they could have said to the line “we are out of ——— Item” so people who are waiting looking at menus are prepared. I selected the cheeseburger and Chicken quesadilla. They came out fairly quickly, however the quesadilla didn’t come with all the listed sides. I figured it was a moot point to go ask because he had already been so rude. Later that evening I stopped back in to grab something before bed and someone different was working. The wait was still extremely long. While waiting two women were arguing loudly at the bar. I was able to place my order, however he did forget 1 of the 2 items I had ordered so I had to wait for him to get that. Not the greatest experience.
