The staff was very rude. I had to wait for a room to get ready at check in so I had to wait in the lobby w my deliveries on Valentines Day. I opted not to stay and lost my paid reservation. Worst day on my life

Bad second experience
Pros:Previous stay
Cons:Better costumer service, the front people should have reach for a supervisor or regional manager so they can correct the situation.
Location:Convenience of the airport, Maine seafood market in Windsor locks.
I chose to stay in this hotel because on a previous trip I like to stay close to BDL, when departure time is very early, and last year I really liked it, clean very comfortable suites, full refrigerator, and a comfortable small kitchen. I use Travelocity a lot for this bookings, so I prepaid for the room. When I got there they inform me that I had been given a smoking room. I was very polite to tell them that I would never book that kind of room, since I am very sensitive to the smoke and the smell, they told me that they couldn't give any other room, because they where sold out, I said I was not going to stay in a room that I knew I was not going to be able to rest, specially since there where other smokers in adjacent rooms. Two people in the front where not able to help me. I left and luckily found a room at The Sheraton at the terminal, I don't know who is responsible for this, but I am reluctant to book again since I had to pay for two rooms, and not an apology or try reach out.

Close to airport
We were in town for my husbands Grandfathers 80th birthday. We are a family of 5 and all had plenty of room. Great later checkout at 12 so the kids were able to enjoy the pool in the morning.Rooms were very private and all had an outdoor entrance.

Stayed here for a few days while visiting our daughter, son in law and new grandson who live in Windsor. Very nice clean place and friendly staff. We enjoyed a few hrs poolside but it's a very small pool for such a big property.
