Hartswell - Possibly the most unique location in Exuma!

With countless sandbars, beaches and the lazy river in paddle-distance! We offer you a secluded place for privacy and all the best of Exuma just outside our doors! We can also offer private boattours with a captain. Tours varies from fishingtrips to beaches, turtles, stingrays or just simply sandbar to sandbar. Taylor made from your wishes.

This house offers you a great location for your Exuma vacation. You will have your own private heated pool, an oversized decking and comfortable sunbeds that you do not have to fight for. It’s the perfect location for a family of four, one or two couples, or that bunch of adventurous friends travelling together, up to 4 people. It’s no beach access in walking distance. You either need to use kayaks or the car for access to beaches. We do have beach chairs available that will be easy 5 min drive to Little Exuma.

VILLA DESCRIPTION:

Fully equipped with everything you need for an amazing stay, creating travel memories for life.
We have in total 2 en-suite bedrooms with king size beds (no twin beds available).
The villa has two identical master bedrooms, ocean view and king size beds (no twin beds available). Walk-in closet, and en-suite bathrooms with both a shower and a bathtub.
A spacious kitchens with all you need, including a large built in wine cabinet, and an inviting great room for those nights you want to enjoy at home. You will have your own private large and heated Infinity edge pool, which is perfect for mornings and afternoons, or for those days you just want to chill at home. This property is excellent for travelling together one or two couples, or a group of friends up to 4 people!

BUTLERSERVICE

We offer the extra service of having your private butler during your stay at Villa Exuma, for those who wants to make the Holiday extra luxury!
Cost is 200 per day for 8 hours of one butlers at your service. Additional hours incur a fee of $50 per hour.

Butler services include:

Greeting you upon arrival and assisting with settling into rooms.
Unpacking your luggage.
Ironing your clothing.
Booking reservations and tours.
Grocery shopping and restocking.
Serving your meals (not cooking)
Serving your favorite drinks while you lounge by the pool

FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE

We have our own generator, so you should never have any issue when the island looses power. You will still have aircondition and wifi.

We have available a boat with captain for rent. Half or full day tours, or you may also just book the captain for a lunch tour. The best with these tours: They start and end just steps from you!

LOCATION

The property is located in the Hartswell area, around 15 minutes drive from George Town. You will find convenience stores and restaurants near by, and one of the best restaurants on the island «Blu on the Water» is just a five minutes drive from the villa. For the best selection of groceries we recommend stopping at Exuma Market in George Town. Or for your convenience, you can also have a fully stocked fridge at arrival! Contact our property manager for pre-arrival shopping, as this service comes with an extra cost.

The Hartswell area has very calm sea, so you can truly enjoy the water as good as any day, with boat, kayaks and paddleboards. The famoys natural lazy river is just around the corner from us! And the Man-O-war sandbar along with some of the most beautiful and more unknown sandbars is in this area. Take up your Google map, fill the cooler, load up with sunscrean and paddle your dreams!

Amazing property

This was truly an amazing property! We loved the house the location, the beautiful bathrooms and bedrooms were perfect for two couples. The pool was gorgeous and everything we could have wished for was there. One of our favorite features was the wrap around porch and the amazing views. A superb hideaway on the island of Exuma. First time we had not stayed on a beach front property and this hill top villa was amazing with a pool. The villa is fully integrated with everything possibly required. This is a great alternative to a beach front property.

Beautiful new home with 2 great king rooms and kitchen. Amazing pool that is bigger than pictures reveal and it was heated all week long. Amazing View directly over Moriah harbor with great paddling. About 15 mins to Georgetown. There are 2 larger homes in front of property right on water with tiny beach and dock. We drive to beaches on little Exuma which are only 10 mins away. There is laundry in room below the home and only issue we had was housekeeping using those machines to turn over the larger houses in front. We kindly asked them to leave and they did not bother us the rest of trip. Not sure if it’s meant to be a joint laundry area but keep in mind. Otherwise an amazing house and one of cleanest properties we have rented in Caribbean

Beautiful property, remote location

The property was incredible. Huge, very clean, and the pool was exceptional. It’s a little bit off the beaten path, about 20 min drive to george town, but that made for a very quiet stay. Some amenities had issues, but they came to fix them quickly. Although the bath never got warm, and the showers ran hot and cold. Good communication from Anne, and great local support from Luke. Definitely plan to stay here again next time we’re in Exuma!

We enjoyed the view Exuma villa. Everything was perfect. The view from the villa is amazing. The villa is really spacious, modern, and well equipped. I would just added a TV. We appreciated the kayaks of the villa to visit the Moriah Harbor Cay National Park just in front of the villa. And we appreciate the efforts of the team to help us during our stay.

Villa is very clean. Plenty of glasses, cooking items: pots, skillets, and a variety of tongs, spatulas etc. Beds are very comfortable and plenty of covers and pillows. Paper towels, toilet paper, is adequate. The norm all the villas I have rented supply. Pool was heated, cleaned and pool was cleaned and checked on a couple of times. Very efficient pool service. PHENOMENAL Villa Stay

This property was absolutely STUNNING. If you’re looking for a luxury stay, off the beaten path, this is it!! The owners comprehensively thought of everything you might need or want on a beautiful vacation stay. The views were AMAZING, the heated pool was a DELIGHT for the kids and the kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could need. We were also so happy for the water dispenser they provided and the smart tv. There were beach chairs and a cooler and a Bluetooth speaker for use. A laundry facility and a number of lounging places for your enjoyment. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the views are just as they appear on the listing. The staff was super friendly and very responsive and we had a phenomenal time. The Villa itself is modern, clean and fresh and airy. The attention to detail is certainly evident. We would ABSOLUTELY stay at The View again when visiting Exuma. We HIGHLY recommend this location, you will not be disappointed.

Wonderful trip to Exuma!

This property was perfect for our stay. Listing sleeps 4, but the property manager allowed us to stay with 5-2 adults and 3 kids. A roll away bed was even provided that fit in the large closet. Perfect size for 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 kids. We really appreciated the ice chest and extra beach bags for outings. The beds were very comfortable. We loved enjoying our coffee on the large deck in the mornings taking in the views. The kitchen was well stocked and a water dispenser with a 5 gallon jug was provided. We had plenty of thick towels, and I also loved having 2 washer and dryers downstairs! The landscaping is beautiful. The property manager, Luke, was so nice. He met us at the house on arrival to show us around and checked on us during our stay. We would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you for sharing your wonderful place with us!

Amazing trip to Exuma

"The View" property in Hartswell was absolutely stunning. The view was amazing and the amenities included were perfect for our group (my husband and I, our 15 year old daughter and her friend). Just enough space and the infinity pool was great. I was also able to work seamlessly one day - wifi was really good. There was one minor problem - they encountered an AC leak, but offered to move us down to another larger house down by the beach (which was also gorgeous!) We took the kayaks out a few times - it's so nice to have those right there for use. We saw turtles feeding in the mangroves right there by the beach and dock many times. Luke, Hank and TJ were all on propery at different times helping us out - and they were all so nice and super helpful. We really didn't want to leave the house because it was so nice! But we did and took advantage of everything Exuma had to offer. It truly was an amazing vacation and I would recommend this property 100%. I would come and stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing pool house!!!

Villa Exuma was the perfect property for anyone looking for amazing views and a pool. The house itself was well stocked. There is abundant outside seating which meant you could move around to catch the sun or shade. The pool was a great addition especially if you have kids who prefer a pool to swimming in the ocean. The house is located in a quiet area. It is outside the main area and the road getting there is not great. You certainly need to take your time. The road is small and filled with pot holes. There is a small beach where you can access kayaks but not big enough to hang out as it is also directly in front of two other beach houses. In order to access the beach you need to drive into Little Exuma. The kitchen was lacking some items but there was no problem to make do. If you’re looking for views and a pool this is a great location. We would certainly stay here again.
