Banff Boundary Vacation Home lies on the Canmore side of the gates to world famous Banff National Park. It is your gateway to the incredible scenery and adventures in Canmore, Alberta, Banff National Park and the Canadian Rocky Mountains.

We offer comfortable private 2-Storey 2-Bedroom Condo Suite that includes - fully stocked self-catering kitchen, gas fireplace, free parking, outdoor public hot tub, BBQ area, pet friendly rooms, and laundry facilities on site with glorious mountain views. With easy access to Banff National Park and the town of Canmore, Banff Boundary Lodge gives guests unmatched access to all of the activities and adventure that the Rocky Mountains have to offer. Maximum 8 people can live in this unit with 3 beds and 1 sofa bed even through 7 people to stay is advised for your comfort.

We offer guests private, modern condo-style, fully self-catering suites with wonderful views of the Bow Valley and surrounding peaks.

Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Late check-outs may be requested for an additional fee.

Our place is pet friendly. Guests are required to pay $80 pet fee if they bring pets to stay.

Everything you need

We enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable and well-appointed condo. We had all we needed for cooking, sleeping, etc. There were even some extras, like a few dry goods in the pantry. Make sure to bring a shopping bag as Canada does not give free bags like the U.S. The owner was very responsive to our messages, and i highly recommended this property to others!

Perfect Vacation Stay

The Mountain View condo was perfect for our Banff trip. Great views of the mountains, fire pit and bbq area was awesome. Located just outside the park. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. I would definitely recommend!

Serene Surroundings

We loved the easy access to close-by amenities. The condo was clean and surprisingly spacious for the 7 of us. The sofa coach was ultra comfortable. We didn’t use the common hot tub as it was so busy.

Good stay with some caveats

We had a good stay overall, but ran into a couple issues. First, we did not have enough towels for everyone. After contacting the host, more towels were provided for us. Second, the shower was draining incredibly slow. The host let us know where we could find hooks and Drano to try and fix the issue, but nothing we did helped the shower drain faster. Other than those 2 issues, we were happy with our stay - good looking , clean space, and fast communication with the host.

Great place

Great condo in a nice location for exploring Banff NP! If you'd like to have the park right on your doorstep but be in a quieter location, this is a good one. The condo was very clean and had all the necessities, just a quick 5 minute's drive to Canmore where there are shops with everything you need. In the opposite direction are the gates to Banff, and if you've already got your National Parks Pass when you arrive you just get in the cardholders righthand lane and sail past everyone waiting for park entry. The mattresses are super comfortable and our 2 teenagers loved having their own individual twin sized bed rather than sharing. The only thing that was slightly inconvenient was that the reality of the laundry facilities onsite is limited at the moment since the lodge normally has three washer/dryer units for all the condos to share, but had major plumbing issues over the past few months and there is currently only one washer dryer unit for all the guests to share. This means it's less likely to be available when you want it so people needing to get laundry done may need to find a laundromat in town of Canmore or Banff, or launder at midnight! Otherwise everything was great, the condo itself is fantastic and we'd definitely recommend to family and friends headed to Banff NP.

Great location but in a very simple town and accomodations with average amenities

The location near Banff and right next to Canmore was great and had easy access to both. Harvey Heights itself is a letdown as a town. Very small community with nothing in it. The apartment itself was standard with nothing very noteworthy. The air conditioner is a portable unit vented through one of the downstairs windows, so the bedrooms upstairs were rather warm, especially during the day. The A/C also had a bit of an oder to it. The community hot tub is disappointing. Also the community washers weren't working due to a water line break. The kitchen was well stocked and having an extra 1/2 bath is great with kids. The bedrooms were a decent size but had no closets. Overall there isn't anything very "wow" about the apartment. It could use an upgrade with things like nicer counters, fixtures, linens, etc but was enough to get by on a short stay.
