They were so nice. There is a problem with the way hotels.com lists their property. This is not their fault. They couldn’t have been nicer or worked with me to make my stay great. I look forward to staying next year. Make sure you are booking the right type of room.

The cabin was cute and very clean. New bedding. Kitchen well equipped. Bathroom dated but excellent hot water and water pressure. Staff go above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend!

This is a classic old roadside motel in a sweet tiny Utah town. Doors have a real key, beds comfy, nice view out the back window and kind people at checkout. Just sorry I didn’t eat there. Would stay again.

This was a basic room. The room was clean and functional. The price was excellent. If you are looking for a reasonably priced room this is the place. They also have an onsite restaurant with good prices too. We tried the burgers and pizza. Both were good. This place is a 30 minute drive from Bryce Canyon National Park.

Although the room is quite small, this was a comfortable place. The room was clean the place was convenient to Bryce Canyon National Park at a price point much lower than other hotels in the area. I would recommend it on that basis. Dinner options are limited in the area, but the cafe at the hotel is actually pretty good.

A little over priced for the area and the size of the room.Rooms 10-15 should be better identified from the road. Should have built in drawers under the counter top......otherwise must live out of luggage..... room and bathroom very clean....OK for o'nite stay. Room in photo NOTHING like room 10.....it wasTINY

Do not visit Hatch after 7pm. Literally EVERYTHING shuts down!!! Seriously, can’t even get a coke if you want one. Hotel itself is fine and very basic (I think Schitts Creek though). We wouldn’t stay again but if you want something cheap and you’re just passing thru and don’t need ANY amenities you’ll be fine.

The property had its own restaurant. When we arrived, they didn't have our reservation (made through Travelocity) for some reason (we don't blame the hotel for this). They were able to accommodate us anyway, though. The room was huge with sleeping for about seven. We had to pay for our own breakfast too.
