All guests need to bring linens, towels, and paper products. Each Condo is decorated and furnished to the owners taste. Coffee Maker, Microwave, Toaster, Pots/Pans, Dishes, Cutlery, Silverware, Glasses, Mattress Pads, Pillows and Blankets/Comforter are provided.
In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. All cancellations and changes are subject to a $75.00 charge, reservation fee; Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance premium, Property Protection and Credit Card Processing Fee if applicable. Please notify our office of any changes as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued due to lack of fish or inclement weather. We were impressed with the unit's cleanliness. Like, "surgical suite clean". The view off the deck was perfect for morning coffee. Worth noting - If you hear big splashing at night... it turned out to be deer in the water! (bring a flashlight - pretty cool). Make sure you read the heating/cooling notes; The HVAC works exactly as described and cools down very quickly. Same with the refrigerator. Just down the road, there is a place called "Tavern at 12". Very, very good food. As soon as we can nail some dates down, we will check this place first. It's definitely one of the Hatteras Gems.

We had a lovely and affordable stay at the Starfish condo. The view of the sound and being able to sit on the back deck were a huge plus for us! It was private, quiet, right across the street to the beach, with a central location to everything we needed. The kitchen definitely needs some attention and was not well appointed. I’m glad I travel with my own knife and cutting board (learned that from my mom!) but I should have also brought a pan because the provided pans were sad. A larger trash can is needed for the kitchen (and with a lid) and there was no bathroom trashcan so we had to use a brown paper bag. So happy there was a nice and new air fryer! The condo was nicely decorated and furnished, bed was very comfy! Loved the upgraded bathroom. With all that being said…We would stay there again and recommend for others!
