At first I though was nice and clean but when I got to my room i notice the sheets were dirty and hasn't been change because they had a bad smell of sweat ande amd my husband were itching as soon as we lay down on them, other guests were very loud and we could hear everything was talked on the hallways and slamming of doors.

The coffee and juice machine did work. The breakfast was horrible. The Thursday night front desk clerk was no help, she didn’t have access to anything or so she said. There was no body wash in the room after changing rooms because the heat did not work in the first room.

Could be much better.
Only 1 towel set when checked in. Called guest services for more. Was told they didn’t have any. Then was told I could have 1 set but it was never delivered. False advertisement- No PBJ bar during the first night. Paper thin walls. I did not get a good nights rest either night. I heard EVERYTHING! Breakfast availability was limited. Customer Service needs improvement. Desk receptionist remained on the phone while taking care of guests.
