Shower was full of hair, not our hair, and toilet had urine on back of rim, not our urine. Horrible old trash smell outside 4th fliir elevator assuming it came from housekeeping closet, first floor bathrooms out of order. Otherwise it was wonderful.

The hotel looks really nice outside and in the lobby area. Once on the upper level the hall way smelled aweful. Our bathroom had hair that was not ours on the sink and the shower OMG it looked like it had not been cleaned. The shower floor was dirty with pubic hair in the corners. If it had not been so late when we checked in we would have left. TV didn’t work, phone didn’t work to call front desk. Slept a few hours and left.

The hotel is a bit run down, the rooms were very old and could use some refreshing. The TV was on the fritz and needs replaced. Food left in microwave and used water bottles left. Hair on the floor. Just all around disgusting.

Hotel is VERY dirty. We had our first room switched because the shower clearly hadn’t been cleaned. My mom’s room had food leftover in the fridge, the AC didn’t work, and it just stunk so bad everywhere you went. Area is sketchy and unsafe. Pool is super small and I wouldn’t swim there.

We stayed on the 4th floor which was smelling. The hallways carpet, the room and the breakfast are chairs was so dirty that you dont feel like stepping or sitting on it. I would not stay here again.

We stayed here on our way to vacation and again coming back from vacation. Our first stay we upgraded to the executive suite. It was musty and a little run down. I guess because it’s not used very often? Our room was located near an outside door. People were coming in around 2 and 3 in the morning, so we didn’t get a good nights sleep. Also, the pull out bed for my kids was very uncomfortable. On the way back we didn’t upgrade and stayed in the 2 queen bed room which was better maintained. The room smelled clean and the beds were more comfortable for everyone. The location of the room was, by far, more quiet leading to a better nights sleep. If you have a pet, this hotel is sufficient for your needs. Staff was friendly. Didn’t partake of the free breakfast. Parking was adequate with several doors leading directly to the parking only accessible with key card.
