Ground floor (access from the car park): wellness area (spa, sauna and shower, television), games/sports room (table football, elliptical trainer, treadmill, weight bench), WC. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (2 x 2 bunk beds 90x200 cm each) with shower room (shower and 2 basins), 3 bedrooms each with television and shower (3 double beds 180x200 cm), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 180x200 cm) with bath and sink open to the bedroom, 2 separate toilets. 2nd floor (or access by an outside staircase from the road): an entrance with cupboards, a living room-kitchen-lounge (fireplace, television, Bluetooth speakers), 1 PMR bedroom (2 single beds 90x200 cm that can be combined into 1 double bed 180x200 cm) with shower room (walk-in shower and WC), separate WC (washbasin). From the living room, mezzanine under the roof with access by a Japanese staircase: Home cinema room (Console Play station 5) and play area for children. USB sockets per room. Below the village of Hauteluce, 900 m from the Chosal chairlift or 9 km from the Olympic resort of Les Saisies, this brand new individual chalet offers different living spaces for children or adults, between relaxation, games and well-being.
