Hauzenberg is a health resort in the district of Passau and is located in the Danube Forest in the southern Bavarian Forest. Our apartment is located in the holiday resort Adalbert-Stifter in the district Raßreuth only 2 km from Hauzenberg. The idyllic Freudensee invites you to swim in the summer and in winter, when the lake is too frozen, to skate. On the 800 m high Geiersberg / Oberfrauenwald there are ski lifts and cross-country ski trails. Around Hauzenberg hiking trails are signposted. The Non smoking apartment is located in the house 8 Staffelberg and is 65 square meters, consisting of 2 rooms, hallway / kitchen, bathroom / WC / shower and has a large balcony. The car parking with the number 804 is available free of charge. In the resort you can use the communal indoor pool with sauna and the outdoor pool (summer) for free. The sun loungers invite you to relax. For the little ones there is a playground for play. The Non smoking - apartment has a hallway with an open kitchen area. The kitchenette is equipped with an electric stove with 4 plates and an oven, fridge with small freezer, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery for 4 people. In the large living room you will find a dining area, a sofa and two armchairs; in the clothes closet a fold-out double bed (2x90x190) is accommodated. A TV flat-screen is available and the Wi-Fi network is available for free. The bedroom has two separate single beds (90x190), a wardrobe and a table with two chairs. The bathroom with window has a shower / WC. The bed linen and towels (1 towel and 1 shower towel per person) are included in the rental price for free. The storage room offers storage space. The large balcony invites you to linger with its garden chairs / table and two sun loungers.
