All the staff were very friendly. I especially appreciated, and was super impressed, by the buffet breakfast service person. This young gentleman treated me as if I were visiting a four-star, full-service hotel. He saw me create a little mess on my day-1 and he instantly stepped in and took care of me. On day-2, te prepared beautiful food plates for me. And tended well for me. His service was "above and beyond" - esp. in a buffet breakfast hotel. In my many years of travel (and i have traveled to 64 countries) his service showed a kind human touch. Thanks! And sorry, I did not get his name.

There's a snack bar/deli on site. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. Free breakfast is served daily. WiFi is available in public spaces for a fee. Tour/ticket assistance, multilingual staff, and coffee/tea in a common area are also featured at Alhabana. An airport shuttle (available 24 hours) is available for a fee. Free self parking is available. A complete renovation of Alhabana was completed in March 2020. This 3-star Havana hotel is smoke free.
