Switch to air conditioning in the summer to cool things down, or open all the windows and let the breeze and birdsong flow through.

The open-plan living space here at Mama and Papa’s is cosy and drenched in sunlight; the perfect spot to enjoy a bite to eat together. Prepare delicious holiday meals in the well-equipped kitchen as you make a plan for the days ahead, then let the dishwasher take care of the washing up!

Three spacious bedrooms here at Mama and Papa’s feature plenty of storage for you to unpack and get right into holiday mode. The master with its king-size bed is the perfect haven for mum and dad, while two more bedrooms offer bedding configurations to suit most groups.

A bathroom with a shower over the tub, plus an additional toilet in the laundry, provide the conveniences for your stay.

It’s just a 4-minute drive to the Havelock North town centre from Mama and Papa’s. Here you’ll find a plethora of shops, eateries, and everyday conveniences, including a New World supermarket.

Venture further afield, and it’s only about 10 minutes drive to great wineries and vineyards in one direction and the Hastings town centre in the other. A 25-minute drive will have you in Napier, the Art Deco capital of New Zealand with a gorgeous coastline.
