14 Tudor Court is a holiday bungalow which is dog friendly and located within the leafy grounds of Tolroy Manor. A super location, with family friendly facilities such as pool, playground, laundry, restaurant and bar on site, and just over a mile from Hayle, with its stunning beaches, fabulous food and abundance of local and independent shops.

With two bedrooms (one double and one twin room), open plan living/dining/kitchen space, plus a bathroom, the bungalow offers level access from the front of the property. Parking is very close by.

This great setting is well placed a to explore West Cornwall, both St. Ives and Penzance are a short drive away, with the rugged scenery of West Cornwall beyond easily accessible from Tolroy Manor. 14 Tudor Court is perfect for those who enjoy the convenience of on site facilities as well as the proximity to beaches and local attractions.

Living/Dining/Kitchen Area: An open plan area with a TV, sofa and easy chair, plus a dining table and four chairs. French doors open on to the patio which overlooks a green open space. The kitchen is recently fitted and well equipped, offering an electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave.
Bedroom 1: With a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside unit and lamp and door to the rear of the property.
Bedroom 2: This good-sized room has two single beds, bedside table and chest of drawers. There is a lovely view over the grassed area to the front.
Bathroom: Offering a shower over the bath, basin and WC.

Outside: Seating area with a picnic bench overlooking a large, grassed area. There are parking spaces close to the chalet.

Our office is located at Riviere Towans, which is within a couple of miles of Tolroy Manor, and we are open 9am-5pm Monday - Saturday and 9am-1pm on Sundays. From maintenance to housekeeping, travel tips and directions, we're here to help! There is a 24 hour ‘out of hours' contact number for us too.

EV Charging
There are two EV charging stations located on the Tolroy Manor park. These are shared use and are accessible and charged through the Monta Charge app.

Location
The property is located on the Tolroy Manor Holiday Park on the southern edge of Hayle. About a mile from Hayle beach and its three miles of golden sands. The park is just a short drive to Hayle town, with both St Ives and Penzance nearby. Ideally situated to access all of West Cornwall's attractions.

Further afield
The beautiful West Cornwall countryside stretches beyond the manor grounds with quiet lanes, streams and hidden villages. Hayle itself is around one mile away, with its harbour, shops, restaurants and cafes. The beaches are accessible from Hayle, with parking at Harvey's Towans just beyond North Quay. Riviere Towans, Phillack Towans and Mexico Towans are all close by.
At Tolroy Manor you are a short drive from many well known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful countryside and beaches but the picturesque fishing villages and historic sites West Cornwall has to offer.

For ocean enthusiasts, Hayle is a popular destination for surfers, kite surfers, paddle boarders and kayakers alike with great conditions for various water sports along St. Ives Bay.
For walkers, Hayle is located on a beautiful stretch of the South West Coastal path which runs from Hayle estuary all the way to Godrevy along the beach and dunes.
Cornwall has always been a favourite of artists, writers and film producers and its rugged coasts and beautiful coves have featured in numerous films and TV series most, recently the popular Poldark series.
Whether it is a relaxing laid back holiday or a more action packed holiday you are seeking Hayle Holidays at Tolroy Manor is the ideal place for your Cornish getaway.

Useful information
All the properties we manage are self-contained, self-catering. All the kitchen equipment you will require for your stay is provided in the property. All properties will include a microwave, TV, and heating to name but a few of the basics. A large number will also include washing machines but do check the property particulars above.

While it is unlikely during the summer season, the park at Tolroy Manor advises caution should be taken when there is a weather warning in place as the park is surrounded by trees and it is advisable to vacate the park during this period. In the unlikely event of an Amber weather warning or higher being issued for the period when you are due to stay, we are able to cancel your holiday with a full refund or move your reservation to a later date. If you choose to remain at the property this is your choice, and any risk you take is at your discretion.

Winter stay at Tolroy Manor (Late Oct - Late March):
Whilst ideally situated for exploring West Cornwall, please note the on site facilities such as shop, club, bar, restaurant, swimming pool and tennis courts at Tolroy Manor may not be open during this period. Please be aware this is also the main time for property renovations and refurbishment.
