The staff at Tru are exceptional. They go above and beyond for guests. I had one staff even bring orange juice and apple juice to our room for breakfast because my hands were full. Even though it was a chaotic weekend with the Holman Reunion, they still managed to keep the environment all-guest friendly by enforcing quiet time and keeping it clean. Great job!!

The hotel didn't clean our room for three days. We had to ask for towels and the rooms had an odor especially the bathroom. I think that was the worst stay that I've had there.

Great One Night Stay

We had a great stay. Small issues with the toilet and some small lizards visited our room, but nothing that couldn't be handled. The workers were great, the breakfast was good and the room was clean.
