Welcome to our serene retreat in Branson West, a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath black house nestled amidst nature on a private 35 acres and just minutes from Silver Dollar City and Table Rock Lake.

Inside, you'll find a cozy king bedroom and a comfortable queen bedroom, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. Unwind in the tranquil ambiance with the melody of birdsong and amenities such as a fire pit, surround sound TV, family games, and a record player for entertainment.

Step outside to our inviting outdoor spaces, featuring a grill for cookouts, outdoor dining area, and a relaxing sitting area where you can enjoy the fresh air and serene surroundings. Our covered patio has everything you'll need for a relaxing evening, TV, hot tub, and fire pit! Our circle driveway makes parking convenient, especially for boats.

The kitchen is stocked with essentials and includes a margarita machine for added enjoyment. Additional sleeping space is available with a pull-out queen sofa bed, accommodating larger groups comfortably.

**Open after April 6th. Access to a private pool is just a stones throw away. Located a short walk or drive past Hideaway in the Treetops (1/4 mile) is a private pool, shared with one other home on the property. Complete with a covered patio, TV, bathroom, and refrigerator the Hideaway pool is sure to provide hours of enjoyment. Pool is heated and kept in the mid 80's. Pool access is available daily between 8AM - 9PM.

Escape to our quaint haven in Branson West, where relaxation and adventure await in equal measure.

INTERACTIONS WITH NATURE: We kindly ask our guests to enjoy their stay at ....... while being mindful of the local wildlife. The surroundings of our property may attract various animals, including birds, squirrels, deer, and snakes. While these creatures add to the natural beauty of the area, we encourage caution and respect during encounters. Please refrain from feeding the animals and stay out of the wooded area, as there are snakes in the area.

Children are more than welcome. We love families! However, please be aware that the home is not "child proof", so watch those sharp corners, outlets, grill and the firepit area.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Everything was spotless. After crowded events in Branson it was nice to come back to such a peaceful atmosphere. However, it was quite a drive to some of the events. The kiddos had fun at night enjoying the hot tub while watching a movie on the patio. The owners even supplied s’mores. That was a big hit. Thanks for making our stay special.

Amazing place! The home was beautiful and had everything you needed for a relaxing vacation. We enjoyed our time on the outdoor patio watching tv and taking in nature. We were able to spend an afternoon at the pool which was awesome. The location is remote but only a short drive to town for shopping and restaurants. The owners went out of their way with helping us locate our dog that escaped from his leash and took off into the forest. They posted it on their HOA page and luckily he was found safe. The community of neighbors were amazing. Would definitely recommend this beautiful home if you’re planning to visit the Branson area.

This was the nicest VRBO we have every stayed at. Bright, clean, well decorated, even s’more supplies. You can tell the host cares. This place was listed as pet friendly, but there was no evidence of any pets. Comfortable beds. Awesome deck above and below. Nice hot tub. Good kitchen, fast internet, and there was a TV in every living area, some with sound systems. Also there was a functioning record player! You can walk to the pool and we spent a couple afternoons up there. The drive is reasonable and was worth it to us to be secluded. Also, is close to Branson west, wal mart, grocery stores and also silver dollar city. 10/10 recommend this place

Above and beyond!

This was my favorite property I have ever rented!! The owners truly went above and beyond to equip the home with everything we could need. There are so so many details they thought of 
 We must have said, “Wow!” twenty-five times in the first hour we were there! It was incredibly homey and comfortable and decorated so well!! The setting is a picture of peace. We grilled and enjoyed dinner on the deck with our fave music playing on the outdoor speakers! Also loved the porch swing and fire pit! And s’mores! I give this home an 11/10! Thank you so much for making our stay such a memorable one! We’ll be back!
