Villa Bodensee can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. The detached villa has 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The villa provides guests with a usable area of approximately 152m2.



The accommodation is spread over 3 floors. On the lower level, there are 3 twin bedrooms. There are also 2 bathrooms here, 1 of which has a shower and washbasin and 1 has a bath, shower and washbasin. There is also a separate toilet.



The ground floor consists of a stylish lounge with a seating area and a dining area. The seating area has a television. The fully equipped open kitchen has a gas hob, combi-oven and dishwasher. From this room you can also access the balcony with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy the natural surroundings. The ground floor also has a separate toilet and storage area.



On the first floor, there are 3 twin bedrooms. Two of the six bedrooms have televisions. The bathroom on this floor has a bath, washbasin and toilet.



You can also enjoy free WiFi in your accommodation and at the resort. You can park your car in the main car park a short walk away.



General information: because of its location, Dormio Resort Eifeler Tor is not suitable for wheelchair users. The villas have been built on a slope, which makes them less suitable or unsuitable for people with mobility issues. Most of the apartments and facilities have lift access and are also suitable for people with reduced mobility.
