This beautifully renovated cabin in the woods is an oasis sitting above Lake Burton and bordering on national forest, all while being less than 10 minutes from downtown Clayton with wonderful restaurants, breweries, and shops. You are walking distance to a local market, cafe and marina to rent boats or drop in your own. The covered back deck has a dining table that can fit everyone, a porch swing to let all your cares swing away, and of course a wonderful hot tub to relax after all your adventures. Come and enjoy the best of lake life at a fraction of the cost.


Cozy cabin that is half a mile from Lake Burton where you can rent boats, kayaks, and paddle boards. The cabin is extremely close to a local market and cafe. Less than 10 minutes to downtown Clayton, hiking, vineyards, Tiger drive in, and less than 5 minutes from Waterfall Club. There is so much to do in the area, you will have your fill of adventure. Or you can sit on the back porch listening to the creek across the road, make dinners at the cabin, drink your morning coffee and just relax during your peaceful stay.

** WE ARE SMOKE FREE ON PROPERTY. We do have external cameras on property and if there is any sign or smell of smoking the security deposit will not be refunded.
**Renovated cabin with 1 bunk room and 2 Queen bedrooms with attached full bathrooms. Access is only available from the attached bedroom.
**Our cabin is the last on a quiet lane, with spots for 2 cars and ability to turn around.
**It is an older cabin with a noticeable slope in the back part of the house including the kitchen, but we think it just adds to its charm.
**Outdoor dining table where I highly recommend for you to eat all your meals :)
** Trash must be dropped off down the road at Charlie Mountain Recycling center
**Paddle board available for you to use located on the side of the house
**Pack and Play in entry way closet. If used please wipe down with antibacterial wipe and put back in closet before leaving.
**Coffee options include french press or coffee pot and coffee for you to use.
**Beach towels to use in entryway closet.
**We are still in the process of adding some small features, but we wanted to start sharing our recently renovated cabin so that more people could enjoy it as much as we do. You have access to a fire pit, covered back porch with a large dining table and porch swing, a covered propane grill, covered car port, paddle board, record player, board games, and echo dot for music.
Other things to note
This cabin boarders national forest so while we do our best to keep pests out there are often bugs and critters around. Please do not leave any trash or food outside and keep doors closed to keep out bugs.
